Job summary

Klinik One Family invites applications for a Clinic Assistant to join our Solaris Mont Kiara clinic in Kuala Lumpur. You will greet patients, register enquiries, assist doctors during consultations, handle payments, and help maintain orderly clinical and reception areas.

Candidates should have full working rights in Malaysia, be friendly, punctual, and a team player with good English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fresh graduates are welcome; prior GP clinic experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients and manage enquiries at the clinic.
• Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures.
• Dispense medications according to doctors' instructions.
• Handle payments, receipts and daily clinic transactions.
• Manage appointments, calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
• Record vitals and assist with basic blood collection if trained.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Assist with panel/insurance documentation and inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of reception areas.
• Perform other clinic-related admin and operational duties as required.

Klinik One Family is looking for a friendly, responsible, and motivated Clinic Assistant to join our growing team.

Location: Solaris Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur
Position: Full-Time Clinic Assistant
Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Register patients and manage patient enquiries
• Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures
• Dispense medications according to the doctor’s instructions
• Handle payments, receipts, and daily clinic transactions
• Manage appointments, phone calls, and WhatsApp enquiries
• Take and record patients’ vital signs
• Assist with blood taking/phlebotomy, where trained
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Manage medications and medical supply inventory
• Assist with panel/insurance documentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception, consultation and treatment areas
• Perform other clinic-related administrative and operational duties as required

Requirements

• Candidates with full working rights for Malaysia
• Friendly, polite and professional when dealing with patients
• Responsible, punctual, honest and willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Previous experience in a GP clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage
