Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales Support to assist clients and internal teams in Johor Bahru. The role focuses on handling RFQs, preparing quotations, and coordinating with Sales, Procurement and Operations to ensure accurate and timely responses.

You will communicate via email, WhatsApp and other channels, maintaining professionalism and strong client relationships. This position emphasizes attention to detail and collaboration across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Handle daily client communication via email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Respond to client RFQs promptly and professionally.
• Prepare quotations based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement and Operations for pricing and lead times.
• Ensure quotation details are accurate, complete and clearly presented.
• Follow up on quotations and client inquiries to maintain relationships.
• Monitor quotation deadlines and ensure responses are submitted on time.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, responsiveness and professionalism in communications.
• Perform other sales support and administrative duties as assigned.

• Handle daily communication with clients via email, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Receive, review and respond to client RFQs (Request for Quotation) promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and submit quotation / pricing proposals based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Procurement and Operations teams to obtain product availability, pricing, lead time and other information required for quotations.
• Review client requirements carefully and ensure all quotation details are accurate, complete and clearly presented.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and client enquiries to maintain good customer relationships.
• Monitor quotation deadlines and ensure responses are submitted within the required timeframe.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, responsiveness and professionalism in all client communications.
• Perform other sales support and administrative duties as assigned by the superior.
