Attend to all incoming enquiries from customers and sales personnel, ensuring that all required information and criteria are complete and accurate for quotation preparation.
Handle sales enquiries received through distributors, dealers, telephone calls, walk-ins, and end customers in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare and issue official quotations to customers on behalf of the Sales Team within the company's stipulated turnaround time.
Request new RFQs (Request for Quotations) from vendors through PTNet and email, ensuring all required specifications and information are clearly communicated.
Follow up on Made-to-Order (MTO) items and open quotations within the company's stipulated timeframe until the quotation is successfully closed as either Won or Lost.
Review, prepare, and submit the weekly order estimation report to the respective Managers via SharePoint before Monday, ensuring the information is accurate and up to date.
Review and prepare weekly sales activity reports for distributors and dealers, where applicable, to support sales monitoring and follow-up activities.
Update and maintain the latest quotation summary and related records in the company's SharePoint system to ensure accurate and accessible sales information.
Compile and submit the Quotation Hit Ratio, Jet Report, and sales activity updates for inclusion in the Monthly Operation Report (MOR) to the respective managers prior to the monthly sales meeting.
Attend and actively participate in Sales Operation Meetings as scheduled by the Company, including providing relevant updates and follow-up on assigned action items.
Maintain proper documentation and records of customer enquiries, quotations, RFQs, sales activities, and follow-ups in accordance with the company's procedures.
Coordinate closely with the Sales Team, customers, distributors, dealers, and vendors to ensure smooth and timely processing of sales enquiries and quotations.
