ELT Solutions Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented logistics & admin assistant to handle purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and price quotations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across the order-to-cash cycle.

You will prepare shipping schedules, inform customers of delivery timelines, respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, and coordinate with the sales team on quotations, orders, and tracking, while maintaining clear documentation.

Aufgaben

• Handle and process PO, DO, Invoice and price quotation.
• Prepare shipping and inform delivery schedule and ensure shipments meet customers.
• Attend to customer sales inquiries via phone, email and walk in to assist their needs.
• Liaise with the sales team to update on new product quotation, order status and delivery tracking.
• Perform administrative duties, including documentation and update summaries.
