Client Relationship Manager - India ( Gujarati Speaker)

Your role at Exness

A member of the specialized client-facing department focussed on delivering exceptional customer service to high value client segments, ensuring they receive prompt, efficient and effective support, as well as retention of high value clients through a value-driven relationship-based approach. As a key front-line function within the company's growth strategy, Client Relationship Manager supports mass‑retail customers by achieving desired outcomes by providing support and guidance on the client user journey.

You will
  • Qualify and onboard existing clients to the premier / high value program.
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for Company’ products/services.
  • Educate clients on Company’ platforms and websites, proactively offering new tools and features to clients.
  • Participate in related industry & partners events and this will take in the form of expos, conventions, training and seminar sessions.
  • Assist the clients to get the trading strategy advice from the strategic market analyst.
  • Stay informed on the regulatory changes and trading news to keep the clients updated on the market conditions.
  • Engage with the client following the sales process and practices defined for that opportunity.
  • Provide top‑notch customer service to high value client segments via inbound chats, cases and outbound calls, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing proactive support and identifying opportunities to keep our most profitable segments satisfied and engaged.
  • Monitor open cases, customer accounts and proactively identify potential issues, working with other departments to resolve them quickly and effectively.
  • Act as a point of contact for high value clients’ escalations and complex queries, providing guidance and support to clients as required, regardless of the cases raised by clients, CSEs or commercial team.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge and skill sets of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English, with Gujarati considered an added advantage.

  • Experience working with Salesforce, Tableau and other reporting tools.

  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, multi‑task with attention to detail and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work in a team and individually when need be.
  • Willingness to travel for Business Trips.
