Job summary
SNS Network (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Projects Coordinator to manage implementations and coordinate across its sales, PM, engineering and support teams. You will monitor customer issues, provide technical guidance, and transfer knowledge to clients.
The role requires strong communication, English and Bahasa Malaysia, and a minimum of 2 years in a related field. On-site work at PJ is expected with occasional travel.
Qualifications
- Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
- English and Bahasa Malaysia required.
- At least 2 years in a related field.
Responsibilities
- Manages implementation of IT projects closed by the field sales team.
- Coordinates with sales, project managers and service resources; reports status.
- Monitors customer support for technical solutions; flags satisfaction threats.
- Creates documentation and knowledge transfer for customers.
- Provides expert advice on technical proofs of concept evaluation.
- Maintains knowledge of competitive products and complementary solutions.
- Work with field sales, PM, engineering and support teams.
