Job summary

Primus Core Sdn. Bhd. in Selangor is seeking a proactive Project Executive to support IT projects from planning through delivery.

You will work with clients, project managers, developers and vendors to ensure scope, timeline and quality are met. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating meetings, maintaining project docs, tracking progress, and communicating updates. A diploma or degree in IT, CS, business or PM with 1–3 years' experience and strong English/Bahasa Malaysia skills are

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, IT, software development or a related environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and monitoring IT/software development projects.
• Coordinate project activities, schedules, meetings and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements, provide project updates and coordinate feedback.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, system administrators, vendors and other technical teams.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes and status reports.
• Monitor progress and escalate delays to the Project Manager as needed.
• Assist in requirements gathering, UAT, system implementation and deployment.
• Coordinate meetings, presentations and project discussions with clients and stakeholders.
