Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, located in IOI City, Putrajaya, is hiring for a Billing & Accounts role within the asset servicing area. The role involves managing fee schedules, data collection for month-end processes, and invoice generation with controls.

Fresh graduates are welcome and prior experience in client billing or accounts receivable is advantageous. We value those with exposure to Financial Services and skills in SQL or Excel VBA.

Qualifications

• Accounting & Finance degree or related experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience on client billing process and/or accounts receivable process.
• Experience in Financial Services industry (e.g. Fund/Investor Services).
• Experience in SQL or Excel VBA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and set up fee schedules/fee agreements into invoicing templates.
• Retrieve and upload data for month-end controls.
• Generate and record invoices; perform control and justify trends.
• Follow up on aged payables and unpaid invoices.
• Verify Sub Custodian invoices by entity and payment method.
• Investigate invoice break items and mismatches.
• Validate high-risk processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to respond to supplier queries.
• Compute impacts on potential invoice undercharges/overcharges.
• Support departmental or enterprise-wide projects.
