Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia is a pivotal hub in asset servicing, located in IOI City, Putrajaya, with 1,200+ professionals. The team handles Fee Billing, Invoicing, and Group Invoicing across Europe and Asia, driving operational excellence and scalable processes in a demanding financial landscape.

The role focuses on business planning, team efficiency, and talent management, while maintaining strong client relationships and cross-jurisdiction collaboration to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Ter tiary educated with relevant experience in Fee Billing or Invoicing.
• Experience in Fee Schedule/Fee Agreement with client understanding.
• Knowledge of products and their operational nature.

Responsibilities

• Business planning and general management.
• Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the Team.
• Ensure employees understand our vision and support client-focused behaviours.
• Support talent management and succession planning strategies.
• Provide support to Group Invoicing Management through regular communication.
• Provide support to client when expertise is required.
