Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years minimum experience in fee billing or invoicing.
• At least 5 years working experience in related process or industry.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry (e.g. Fund/Investor Services).

Responsibilities

• Business planning and general management.
• Accountable for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the Team.
• Ensure employees understand our vision and support client-focused behaviours.
• Support talent management and succession planning to attract and grow top talent.
• Provide support to Group Invoicing Management through regular communication.
• Provide support to clients when expertise is required.
• Ensure collaborative relationships across jurisdictions and cultures.
• Drive results with client focus and integrity.
• Lead with strategic change and entrepreneurial mindset.
