Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia is seeking a Client Operations Officer for Network Invoicing on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will interpret fee schedules, set up invoicing, and support month-end data collection and controls.

You will generate invoices, validate them against payments, and work with stakeholders to resolve queries within KPI timelines. Fresh graduates welcome with relevant finance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting & Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in client billing and accounts receivable in a financial services environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL or Excel VBA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and set up fee schedules and invoicing in systems and templates.
• Retrieve and upload data for month-end controls.
• Generate and record invoices, perform controls and justify trends.
• Follow up on aged payables and verify invoices with correct payment methods.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for consolidated responses to supplier queries.
