Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia is seeking a Client Operations Officer for Network Invoicing in IOI City, Putrajaya. The role involves interpreting fee schedules, setting up rates in templates, data uploads for month-end controls, and generating invoices with validation and trend analysis.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Working hours are 9am–6pm, with opportunities to collaborate across a global financial services platform and contribute to standardized processes that drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in client billing processes and/or accounts receivable.
• Experience in Financial Services industry (Fund/Investor Services).
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and setup fee schedules and rate entries into invoicing templates.
• Retrieve data and support month-end controls through data uploads.
• Generate and record invoices with validation and trend analysis.
• Follow up on aged payables and reconcile invoices.
• Verify invoices by entity and payment method.
• Resolve invoice mismatches and justify break items.
• Validate high-risk processes and KPIs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to respond to supplier queries.
• Support department-wide initiatives and projects.
