Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or any related course.

Responsibilities

• Assist in compiling yearly and monthly work programs from all sections, ensuring alignment with MCS standards and requirements.
• Support in compiling and monitoring the performance of Routine Maintenance Contractors to ensure contractual obligations.
• Compile and update NCR/RR/MCS data extracted from the ROSS system.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting subcontractor performance (Work Orders) based on feedback from Section Supervisors, and follow up on site progress to ensure timely execution of works.
• Support quality control processes to ensure full compliance with SOP and adherence to the company's safety policies and regulations (Work Orders).
• Assist in liaising with the Contract & Claims Unit on matters related to claims and payment processes.
