Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in Malaysia is seeking an experienced professional to assist in planning and executing Civil, Structural & Architectural works. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring the project is executed according to specifications. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma or degree in the relevant field, have 2–5 years of experience, and be proficient in Mandarin for effective communication with clients and subcontractors. Strong problem-solving skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in CSA works, preferably with data center experience.
• Must be able to speak Mandarin/Chinese for client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of all Civil, Structural & Architectural works.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Handle technical issues, including RFIs and inspections.
• Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of CSA works.
• Prepare site reports and support the Project Manager.
