UpGrowth HR Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a patient, detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to manage online channels, respond to inquiries, and resolve after-sales issues while delivering a high-quality customer experience. The role emphasizes clear Chinese communication and careful handling of tickets.

You will work rotating shifts including mornings, evenings at home or office; weekend/public holiday coverage is required. Experience with common office software or ticketing systems is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Excellent Chinese communication skills with fast typing and clear written communication.
• Highly responsible with good emotional management and empathy; able to handle work pressure.
• Fast learner capable of understanding and adapting to business processes.
• Proficient in office software and online customer service/ticketing systems; experience is a plus.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online apps/platforms and in-app messaging.
• Handle pre-sales inquiries, after-sales services, customer complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally.
• Assist with other customer service-related tasks.
• Morning Shift: 8AM - 4PM (Office-Based)
• Evening Shift: 4PM - 12AM (WFH)
• Night Shift: 12AM - 8AM (WFH)
