Job summary

INTEGRA HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGY Sdn Bhd invites a seasoned Chief Human Resources Officer to shape a high-performance, values-driven organization. You will lead the people agenda, including talent strategy, workforce planning, succession, leadership development and employee engagement, reporting to the Group CEO.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in HR leadership, 7–10 years at executive level, with healthcare experience and a Master’s degree.

• Master's degree in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
• SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or relevant healthcare leadership certification preferred.

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to provide strategic leadership for our people agenda and shape a high-performing, values-driven healthcare organization. Reporting to the Group CEO and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, the CHRO will lead the organization's human capital strategy, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession, leadership development, culture, employee engagement, rewards, labor relations, and HR transformation.

About you

15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with 7–10 years at senior executive level

Significant experience in hospitals, healthcare systems, or complex healthcare organizations

Proven track record of leading large and diverse workforces and driving organizational transformation

Master's degree in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline

Exceptional strategic leadership, executive presence, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills

SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or relevant healthcare leadership certification preferred
