Integra Healthcare Technology Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a seasoned Chief Operating Officer to lead the Rehabilitation Centre's operations, ensure patient-centered care, safety, and service quality, and translate strategy into actionable plans.
You will partner with the Group CEO and Medical Director to drive financial sustainability, workforce development, governance, risk management, and growth, building a high-performance team and aligning operations with regulatory requirements.
We are seeking an experienced and strategicChief Operating Officer (COO)to lead the overall operations of our Rehabilitation Centre and drive the delivery of high-quality, safe, patient-centered care.
The COO will translate organizational strategy into operational priorities and measurable results, with accountability acrossservice delivery, operational performance, financial sustainability, patient experience, workforce effectiveness, quality, risk, and business growth.
Working closely with theGroup CEO, Medical Director, and senior leadership team, the COO will play a key role in strengthening operational excellence and positioning the Centre for sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Centre's day-to-day operations.
Translate organizational strategy into effective operational plans, priorities, KPIs, and outcomes.
Drive operational excellence, productivity, efficiency, service quality, and continuous improvement.
Partner with the Medical Director and clinical leaders to ensure high standards ofclinical quality, patient safety, and patient-centered care.
Lead performance against agreedfinancial, operational, quality, patient experience, and workforce targets.
Support budgeting, resource allocation, cost optimization, and sustainable business growth.
Identify and develop opportunities for new services, partnerships, innovation, and organizational growth.
Build a high-performing, engaged, accountable, and capable workforce through effective leadership, talent development, and succession planning.
Ensure stronggovernance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and business continuity.
Establish and monitor organizational KPIs and ensure timely action to address performance gaps.
Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, government authorities, healthcare partners, referring physicians, payers, and strategic partners.
Represent the Rehabilitation Centre professionally and support its reputation and strategic objectives.
Requirements
Master's degree inHealthcare Administration, Business Administration, Allied Health, Health Services Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum10 years of progressive healthcare management and leadership experience.
Proven senior operational leadership experience in arehabilitation centre, hospital, allied health, or healthcare organization.
Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical governance, quality, patient safety, risk, and regulatory requirements.
Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting, resource management, and performance management.
Demonstrated ability to lead transformation, manage change, improve performance, and deliver measurable results.
Excellent strategic, analytical, decision-making, communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills.
