Job summary

INTEGRA HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. (INTEGRA) is seeking an experienced HR Assistant Manager to lead Compensation & Benefits, Reporting & Analytics. You will coordinate salary reviews, bonus exercises, and payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will manage HR data within HRIS, develop dashboards, and provide insights for strategic HR decisions. Strong Excel skills, data analytics, and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience, preferably in Compensation & Benefits and HR analytics/reporting.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, data analytics, and HR systems (HRIS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual salary reviews, increments, promotions, and bonus exercises.
• Ensure timely updates of compensation changes in HR systems.
• Support benefits administration including insurance, medical, payroll coordination.
• Work closely with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing.
• Validate payroll inputs such as salary changes, new hires, terminations, allowances, and deductions.
• Assist in payroll reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, workforce trends).
• Develop dashboards and provide insights to support HR and business decisions.
• Analyze HR data and highlight key trends and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Support HRIS updates and system improvements.
• Support KPI setting, performance appraisal cycles, and salary review exercises.
• Assist in HR budgeting activities.
