Job summary

Integra Healthcare Technology Sdn Bhd in Malaysia's Sarawak region seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Rehabilitation Center, delivering safe, efficient, high-quality patient-centered services.

You will develop policies, manage budgets, KPIs, and cross-functional teams, coordinating stakeholders from Front Office to HR and IT, while driving continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• MBA or bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Allied Health, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of management experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, hospital, or related services.
• Strong experience in healthcare operations, budgeting, KPI management, quality improvement, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of healthcare quality, patient safety, clinical governance, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Rehabilitation Center operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Manage and coordinate Front Office & Billing, Customer Service, Case Management, HR, IT, Marketing, Facilities, and vendors.
• Collaborate with General Manager, CEO, Medical Director, and department heads to achieve objectives.
• Develop and monitor operational KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement improvements.
• Manage budgets, resources, costs, and expenditure to support financial sustainability.
• Drive improvement in patient experience, satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, Health & Safety, and MSQH accreditation.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Rehabilitation Center and ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, high-quality, patient-centered services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and oversee overall Rehabilitation Center operations, ensuring smooth, effective service delivery.

Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency and service quality.

Manage and coordinate key support functions including Front Office & Billing, Customer Service, Case Management, HR, IT, Marketing, Facilities, and vendors.

Work closely with the General Manager, CEO, Medical Director, and department

heads to achieve strategic, operational, financial, and service objectives.

Develop and monitor operational KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement corrective and improvement initiatives.

Manage operational budgets, resources, costs, and expenditure to support financial sustainability.

Drive continuous improvement in patient experience, customer satisfaction, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, organizational policies, quality standards, Health & Safety requirements, and accreditation requirements, including MSQH.

Identify and manage operational risks, business continuity, and service disruptions.

Lead and develop teams, promote collaboration and accountability, and foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

Support service development, business growth, innovation, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

MBA or bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Allied Health, Hospital Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of management experience, preferably within healthcare, rehabilitation, hospital, or related healthcare services.

Strong experience in healthcare operations, budgeting, KPI management, quality improvement, and stakeholder management.

Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Strong understanding of healthcare quality, patient safety, clinical governance, and regulatory requirements.
