Job summary

INTEGRA HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Accounting Analyst to maintain the full set of accounts, post journals, and perform reconciliations across bank, balance sheet, and intercompany activity.

You will contribute to month-end closing, reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support audits, while improving processes and controls through accurate, detail-oriented work.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of accounting standards.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full set of accounts including GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Perform bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy of financial records and transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure timely closing of accounts and assist in audit schedules.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and SOPs.

Maintain full set of accounts including GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets

Prepare and post journal entries

Perform bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations

Ensure accuracy of financial records and transactions

Month-End Closing & Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Ensure timely closing of accounts

Prepare schedules, supporting documents, and analysis

Assist in audit schedules and financial statements

Budgeting & Analysis

Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

Monitor financial performance against budget

Perform variance analysis and provide insights

Compliance & Controls

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and SOPs

Maintain proper documentation and audit trails

Support internal and external audit processes

Improve financial processes and controls

Cash Flow & Treasury

Monitor cash flow and bank balances
