Responsibilities

• Design and lead talent strategy including workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential programmes.
• Shape talent acquisition and employer branding approaches to attract and retain capabilities.
• Champion enterprise-wide change management and organisational transformation initiatives, partnering with senior leadership on design, culture, and capability building.
• Provide strategic oversight across HR spectrum, including business partnering, compensation and benefits, performance management, HR operations, and industrial relations.
• Ensure HR policies, governance, and operating models remain compliant and aligned to best practice.
• Build a high-performance, inclusive workforce culture with focus on employee experience and wellbeing.
• Oversee facilities and workplace management to support productivity and collaboration.

About the Opportunity

Our client, a fast-growing organisation, is seeking an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead its people strategy and organisational transformation agenda. This is a pivotal senior leadership role for an experienced HR executive ready to shape talent, culture, and leadership capability at scale, driving the organisation's growth and long-term competitiveness. This is a permanent, full-time position based onsite in Kuala Lumpur.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and lead a comprehensive talent strategy covering workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential programmes
• Shape talent acquisition and employer branding approaches to attract and retain critical capabilities
