Job summary

Hager Group Malaysia, based in Shah Alam, seeks a Distribution Sales Manager to drive channel sales across distributors, dealers and system integrators under a permanent contract. You will manage dealer relationships, negotiate opportunities, and promote Hager products and solutions to maximize channel monetization while leading a small sales team in the region.

The role reports to the National Sales Director and requires strong leadership, market intelligence, and effective collaboration with

Qualifications

• Engineering or Electrical/Mechanical degree preferred
• Business or Marketing degree required
• 5+ years LV market or residential/commercial construction experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and be responsible for dealers/channels sales turnover, price evolution, and inventory.
• Lead and grow sales relating to key dealers as team leader.
• Promote and maximize monetization of channel relationships with Hager solutions.
• Coordinate channel staff training and develop promotional activities.
• Collaborate with Project Sales team to ensure smooth project sales-through.
