Job summary

Hager Group in Shah Alam is seeking a Distribution Sales Manager for a permanent role. Based in Shah Alam, you will lead dealers and channel partners to drive sales, manage pricing and inventory, and promote Hager products across the defined region.

You will collaborate with project sales and marketing teams, coach channel staff, and develop promotional activities to grow channel revenue while ensuring compliant, customer-focused execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealers/channels management with strong flair of marketing preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in residential/commercial construction.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee dealers/channels sales turnover, pricing, and inventory.
• Grow sales relating to key dealers and sub-dealers as team leader.
• Demonstrate effective value proposition of Hager solutions to maximize channel monetization.
• Coordinate training for channel staff (sales, marketing, technical).
• Develop promotional activities with product marketing to enhance value proposition for channels and customers.
• Collaborate with Project Sales to ensure smooth execution of project sales through channels.
