Job summary

AAC Distribution Sdn Bhd is hiring a Channel Sales Executive (Fresh Grads Welcome) in Kepong. You will learn AI Security & Networking products while starting your career with hands-on training and performance-based incentives.

Salary ranges from RM3,200 to RM5,000 monthly with high incentives. Training provided and a friendly learning culture support your growth in CCTV, networking gear, and project-based sales.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate with a diverse client base in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Willing to learn and talk to people confidently.
• Proficient in basic MS Office and WhatsApp/email follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and recommend the right solution
• Grow existing accounts + learn how to develop new customers
• Follow up quotations, orders, and customer needs
• Join product demos, roadshows, and campaigns (team will guide you)
• Build relationships with dealers, installers, system integrators & project customers

What you’ll do

• Handle customer enquiries and recommend the right solution
• Grow existing accounts + learn how to develop new customers
• Follow up quotations, orders, and customer needs
• Join product demos, roadshows, and campaigns (team will guide you)
• Build relationships with dealers, installers, system integrators & project customers

You’ll learn & sell (real products)

• AI CCTV & video solutions: cameras, NVRs, analytics, storage
• Networking: WiFi APs, switches (PoE), routers, cloud-managed networks
• Network infrastructure: structured cabling & accessories (complete project setup)

You’ll fit in if you are

• Diploma / Degree holder (any field)
• Confident to talk to people + willing to learn
• Comfortable with WhatsApp / email follow-up + basic MS Office
• Able to communicate with our diverse client base in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
