Job summary

Saxco Marketing Sdn Bhd, a Malaysia-based distributor of security products, seeks candidates with electronics or engineering backgrounds. The role involves providing technical support, training customers on solutions, and assisting in sales with technical input.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internships are welcome (Penang Branch). English and BM are required; knowledge of Chinese or Cantonese is a plus. Benefits include uniform, EPF/SOCSO and company events.

Qualifications

• Certificate, diploma or degree in Mechatronic, IT, or Engineering fields.
• Experience is welcomed but fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, product training and after-sales support to customers.
• Perform product and solution testing.
• Assist Team Leader/Technical Manager with tasks.
• Support technical aspects during sales and help the sales/service departments.

Candidates must possess a certificate/diploma/degree in Mechatronic/Information Technology/Engineering/Engineering Technology (Computer/Telecommunication/Communication/Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic)

Experienced candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Required language: English, BM. Candidates who know Chi or Cantonese is added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, product training, product/solution recommendation and after-sales support to customer
• Perform product/solution testing
• Perform tasks as instructed by Team Leader/Technical Manager.
• Manage technical aspects during the sale of products by the company and assist the sales and service department regarding technical aspects of products sold.
• Yearly Incentive will depends on performance & KPI result (hitting target)
