Job summary

Easytech International in Malaysia seeks a Channel & Partner Development Executive to grow our partner and dealer network across Malaysia. The role focuses on finding, recruiting and building relationships with dealers and business partners who can introduce our EasySales and EasyM solutions to their customers.

This position offers a basic salary plus attractive commission and incentives; the more active partners you develop, the more you can earn.

Qualifications

• Experience in Channel Sales, Partner Development, or IT Sales.
• Experience with IT dealers, ERP partners, resellers or system integrators is advantageous.
• Existing dealer or reseller network is a strong advantage.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin/Chinese is an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; self-motivated with good follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Find and approach new potential dealers and business partners.
• Build relationships with IT, ERP, accounting software dealers and system integrators.
• Introduce our EasySales and EasyM solutions and Partner Program.
• Arrange meetings and product demos with potential partners.
• Recruit and onboard new dealers and maintain regular contact with existing ones.
• Coordinate joint customer meetings and product demos with the internal sales team.
• Develop a strong, active partner network to generate ongoing opportunities.
