Job summary

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to deploy programs, assess performance, and nurture the ecosystem from sales to delivery in a global automation

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in indirect channel development, preferably in industrial automation.
• Experience managing channel partners and resolving conflicts.
• Knowledge of systems & solutions via indirect channels for industrial automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and establish a regional Channel Development plan and programs.
• Secure buy-in from internal stakeholders for strategy and programs.
• Select suitable channel partners and drive program implementation.
• Ensure sales governance, rules of engagement, escalation, and policy compliance.
• Implement a holistic ecosystem for channel partner support from sales to delivery.
• Monitor progress with KPIs, market trends, and partner feedback.
• Identify gaps, risks, and corrective actions to achieve objectives.
• Resolve conflicts between direct and indirect sales to maintain collaboration.
• Protect brand image and deliver high customer experience.
• Participate in regional and global marketing initiatives to grow the pipeline.
