Job summary

N7 Global Group in Kuala Lumpur seeks a hands-on Senior Manager for Business Development and Marketing to drive retail distribution and channel expansion across major retailers. You will lead strategic growth, negotiate partnerships, and strengthen regional operations to support rapid scale.

The role requires 8-12+ years of experience in BD, sales, and growth, with a proven ability to launch brands into new channels and scale volume.

Qualifications

8-12+ years of aggressive commercial experience in Business Development, Sales, and Growth with focus on brand entry and channel rollout.
Proven track record entering brands into new retail, digital, or B2B channels and scaling volume.
Experience building operational or sales teams from scratch, including hiring, structuring and retention.
Deep network of contacts and sharp understanding of distribution models, listing processes, and trade terms in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Owns Business Development and Channel Expansion to hit revenue targets.
Lead end-to-end expansion of channels (B2B, retail networks, digital marketplaces, distributors).
Negotiate terms and close high-value partner contracts.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ecosystem partners, and influencers.
In-country leadership for Malaysia, ensuring operational efficiency and business continuity.
Talent acquisition, onboarding, and local team development with HR/regional teams.
Directly manage Marketing Manager and local staff; align KPIs with corporate goals.
Coordinate with regional operations, legal, and product teams to streamline workflows and ensure compliance.
