Job summary

HFG Insurance Recruitment seeks an experienced Change Manager to design and execute end-to-end strategies for Coupa and Oracle implementations in a multinational finance environment. You will lead impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training to ensure adoption and go-live readiness.

Requires 7–10 years in change management, proven delivery in large-scale finance system deployments, and strong change tools. Bachelor’s degree required; Prosci certification preferred.

Job description

• Design and execute end-to-end change management strategies aligned to Coupa and Oracle implementations
• Conduct impact and readiness assessments across people, process, and systems
• Translate transformation objectives into clear, actionable change plans

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement

• Map and manage complex stakeholder landscapes across regions
• Secure senior leadership buy-in and maintain momentum throughout delivery
• Act as a trusted advisor to project and business leaders

Communications & Training

• Drive structured communication plans (town halls, newsletters, FAQs, leadership messaging)
• Own training strategy — from needs analysis to delivery (workshops, e-learning, coaching)
• Ensure users are equipped, confident, and ready before go-live

Adoption, Resistance & Performance

• Identify resistance early and neutralize it with targeted interventions
• Track adoption metrics, user feedback, and change effectiveness
• Lead post-implementation reviews and embed continuous improvement
• Lead and mentor a change team
• Manage multiple concurrent change initiatives and priorities
• Build and continuously refine the change management playbook

What You Bring
