Job summary

HFG Insurance Recruitment seeks an experienced Change Manager to design and execute end-to-end strategies for Coupa and Oracle implementations in a multinational finance environment. You will lead impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training to ensure adoption and go-live readiness.

Requires 7–10 years in change management, proven delivery in large-scale finance system deployments, and strong change tools. Bachelor’s degree required; Prosci certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of change management experience.
• Proven delivery in large-scale finance system implementations.
• Strong grounding in change tools: stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, adoption KPIs.
• Confident presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Consulting, transformation, or project management exposure is a plus.
• Insurance or asset management experience is advantageous, not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end change management strategies aligned to Coupa and Oracle implementations.
• Conduct impact and readiness assessments across people, process, and systems.
• Translate transformation objectives into actionable change plans.
• Map and manage complex stakeholder landscapes across regions; secure senior leadership buy-in.
• Drive structured communications plans and training strategy to ensure go-live readiness.
• Lead and mentor a change team; manage multiple concurrent change initiatives and priorities.
