Job summary

Intellipro Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Transformation Architect to drive organizational change across a regional banking group. You will assess readiness, manage team dynamics, and execute transformation initiatives with clear priorities and timelines.

You will design and implement change management plans, support staff restructuring, and track progress while engaging stakeholders to build commitment and minimize resistance. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) or Agile/Project Management (e.g., PMP, CSM) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 8 to 12 years of total working experience in business transformation, organizational change management, strategy execution, or management consulting.
  • Proven track record in leading and executing medium-to-large-scale transformation initiatives or TOM redesigns.
  • Demonstrated mastery of change management principles, frameworks, and methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, Kotter, ADKAR).
  • Strong proficiency in business management, analytical thinking, data interpretation, and MS Excel for progress tracking, reporting, and resource modeling.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and storytelling skills with proven capability to influence, persuade, and gain buy-in from cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage team dynamics, identify early signs of change fatigue or resistance, and implement proactive consultation and mitigation plans.
  • Strong organizational and project management capability to break complex transformation initiatives into phased, actionable milestones.

About the role

Our client, a regional banking group is seeking for talents to fill the role of Transformation Architect in the Transformation Office.

The role is responsible for assessing organizational readiness for change, managing team dynamics, and executing transformation initiatives.
