About the role
Our client, a regional banking group is seeking for talents to fill the role of Transformation Architect in the Transformation Office.
The role is responsible for assessing organizational readiness for change, managing team dynamics, and executing transformation initiatives. You will communicate change management plans, optimize staff restructuring, draw and execute actionable plans with clear priorities and timelines, track implementation progress, and influence stakeholders to drive change commitment.
Key responsibilities
Assess readiness for change in organizations and manage pressure amongst team members
Manage the team scope and narrow down change ideas or initiatives into smaller scales for focused team effort
Communicate the change management plan with clear and concise ways to engage the team
Assist with restructuring of the staff component to optimize effective project implementation
Draw and execute actionable plans, including priorities, timelines, tasks, structures, behaviours, and resources
Track implementation progress and report to management to ensure strong team interactions and in-depth understanding of progress
Execute the strategy plan by getting key people into key positions and breaking big projects into small wins to achieve goals and build momentum
Influence and persuade stakeholders without forced compliance, but with commitment to drive change
Initiate and provide consultation to staff members in identifying and managing anticipated resistance
Create communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of the strategy
About you
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
Professional certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) or Agile/Project Management (e.g., PMP, CSM) is an added advantage
Minimum 8 to 12 years of total working experience in business transformation, organizational change management, strategy execution, or management consulting
Proven track record in leading and executing medium-to-large-scale transformation initiatives or target operating model (TOM) redesigns
Demonstrated mastery of change management principles, frameworks, and methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, Kotter, ADKAR)
Strong proficiency in business management, analytical thinking, data interpretation, and advanced spreadsheet tools (e.g., MS Excel) for progress tracking, reporting, and resource modeling
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and storytelling skills with proven capability to influence, persuade, and gain buy-in from cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
Demonstrated ability to manage team dynamics, identify early signs of change fatigue or resistance, and implement proactive consultation and mitigation plans
Strong organizational and project management capability to break complex transformation initiatives into phased, actionable milestones
