Job summary

Technology Solutions is seeking a seasoned finance systems leader in Malaysia to drive Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Procurement initiatives. You will own solution delivery, engage senior stakeholders and oversee end-to-end projects from design through post-production support.

The role requires 7+ years in finance systems or ERP delivery, strong Oracle Fusion Cloud experience, and expertise in integration platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in finance systems, ERP or fintech delivery.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Procurement.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST and SOAP web services.
• Delivery lifecycle management including change requests, backlog and sprint planning.
• Governing SOX controls and audit requests.
• Leading teams, vendor relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience engaging with AI tools to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Own the full delivery lifecycle from planning to post-production support.
• Prioritize changes, manage backlog, plan capacity and coordinate sprints.
• Coordinate testing, releases, deployment and post-implementation support.
• Maintain governance, controls and audit readiness across the finance landscape.
• Build and sustain relationships with Finance, Procurement and Tech teams.

Job description

• You will have at least 7 years of experience in finance systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) or financial technology delivery, including responsibility for solution ownership, project or enhancement delivery management, and senior stakeholder engagement.
• You will have strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Procurement, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and Procurement, with a practical understanding of source-to-contract, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and record-to-report processes.
• You will have the ability to diagnose and resolve issues from both functional and technical perspectives, including experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST and SOAP web services, File-Based Data Import, Application Development Framework Desktop Integrator, scheduled processes, interface monitoring, data reconciliation, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence and BI Publisher.
• You will have proven experience managing the full delivery lifecycle, including change request prioritization, backlog management, capacity planning, sprint planning, vendor coordination, testing, release management, deployment and post-production support.
• You will have experience governing financial systems controls and audit requirements, including SOX controls, change management, release management, access or process controls, internal and external audit requests, and production incident governance.
• You will have a track record of leading and developing internal and external teams, managing vendor relationships and budgets, and building trusted relationships with Finance, Procurement, Technology and other senior stakeholders.
• You have experience engaging with artificial intelligence tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, improve workflows and contribute new ideas.

Good to have

• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud, Smart View, Kyriba, Concur or other treasury, planning and expense platforms.
• Experience with Order to Cash and Supply Chain Management processes, or finance integrations with banking, tax, customer relationship management or procurement platforms.
• Experience leading Oracle Cloud implementation, migration, upgrade or regional rollout programmes.
• Knowledge of IT service management and governance frameworks, including ITIL, COSO or COBIT.
