Job summary

HFG Insurance Recruitment seeks an experienced Change Management Lead to build and drive a robust change program that supports project goals and timelines. You will conduct impact assessments to evaluate effects on people, processes, and systems, and work with project leadership to shape the overall change vision and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Prosci or similar certification preferred.
• 7–10 years in change management, or a combination with consulting and transformation experience.
• Background in large-scale finance system implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience with stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and change performance indicators.
• Track record presenting to senior and large stakeholder groups, along with delivering training sessions.

• Lead training needs assessments, and organize and deliver training through e-learning, workshops, and coaching.
• Guide and mentor the team to drive effective change management outcomes.
• Oversee the full portfolio of ongoing change initiatives, ensuring they stay strategically aligned with optimal use of resources.
• Take ownership of the change management playbook, continually refining it to reflect best practices and evolving business needs.

• Take ownership of the change management playbook, continually refining it to reflect best practices and evolving business needs.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; Prosci or similar certification preferred.

Experience

• 7–10 years in change management, or a combination with consulting and transformation experience.
• Background in large-scale finance system implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience with stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and change performance indicators.
• Track record presenting to senior and large stakeholder groups, along with delivering training sessions.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Experience within insurance or asset management industries is an advantage.
