Centricore Systems Sdn. Bhd. in George Town, Penang, invites a dedicated Computer Technician to join our IT team on a contract basis.

You will provide frontline IT support, troubleshoot hardware, CCTV, and network issues for our diverse client base. You will perform installations, configurations, and upgrades, respond to inquiries promptly, document incidents, and collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a CCTV Technician or Computer Repair role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support and troubleshoot hardware, CCTV, and network issues for clients.
• Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades of computer systems, peripherals, and CCTV.
• Respond to IT-related inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions.
• Collaborate with IT team to implement process improvements and enhance customer experience.
