Job summary

Mastering Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an IT Support Executive/Technician to deliver hands-on technical support for retail outlets, focusing on POS systems, Windows OS, CCTV, and network troubleshooting.

You will travel to different stores for on-site installation, maintenance and issue resolution. Applicants should have 1–2 years of IT support experience with strong English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills, and be capable of handling hardware, software, and network problems

Qualifications

1–2 years of IT support experience.
Hands-on experience with Windows installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Experience in POS system installation, setup, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Able to troubleshoot IT hardware, software, network, printers, and peripheral devices.
Knowledge or hands-on experience in CCTV installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Familiar with cable pulling, wiring, cable termination, and basic network cabling.
Familiar with routers, switches, Wi‑Fi devices, receipt printers, barcode scanners, and other retail IT equipment.
Able to work independently and respond to on-site technical issues.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and POS systems.
Provide on-site IT support at retail outlets, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and peripheral devices.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
Perform CCTV cabling and wiring works, including cable routing, pulling, termination, and basic testing.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance for store IT equipment.
Troubleshoot retail equipment such as routers, switches, Wi-Fi devices, receipt printers, barcode scanners, and other POS-related devices.
Coordinate with vendors or relevant internal teams for issues requiring further technical support or escalation.
Maintain proper records of IT equipment, repairs, maintenance, and support activities.
Travel to different retail outlets when required to provide on-site technical support.
Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
