Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support daily cash operations, reimbursements, and advance handling. The role emphasizes hygiene, adherence to KPJ’s standard practices and participation in risk management activities including incident reporting and RCA.

You will contribute to ISO 9001/14001/45001 initiatives, ABMS training, BCM exercises, and related documentation, ensuring legal compliance and sustainable processes across hospital networks.

Responsibilities

• Reimburse claim / advance for amount less than rm200.
• Collect advance payment receipt.
• Assist daily cash collection & count.
• To maintain proper Hand Hygiene at workplace.
• Ensure adherence to The KPJ Way / Standard People Practice (SPP).
• Involvement in Risk Management exercise inclusive of Incident Reporting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Toparticipateand to support all activities pertain to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 including the commitment to comply with legal requirements.
• Involvement in Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) exercise inclusive of training, awareness and documentation.
• Involvement inBusinessContinuity Management (BCM) exercise inclusive of Business Impact Assessment (BIA) and or Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and or exercise (drill) and or other documentation.
• Other Duties.
