• Cash handling and petty cash reconciliation
• Bank-in cash, card and cheque processing
• Stock and asset management
• Clerical and safekeeping of documents
• Filing and records management
• Safety and health compliance responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Assist with petty cash transactions and reconcile cash to system
• Perform daily cash management tasks including bank-in, cards and cheques, with reconciliations
• Manage stock and assets including tagging and counts
• Maintain orderly filing and documentation systems
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and company policies
• Support in monthly finance performance indicators
