Job summary

Responsibilities

• Daily cash collection and safe deposit, recorded in the cash submission book.
• Drop float daily and ensure float and collections tally with close till.
• Allocate payments received from patients in the HITS system.
• Finalize outpatient bills on a daily basis and verify accuracy.
• Check and finalize outpatient bills and submission of dialysis bills.
• Comply with cash management policies and ensure patient/family rights are observed.
• Adhere to Occupational Safety and Health Act and hospital safety requirements.
• Support patient safety goals and hospital accreditation standards; maintain records.
