Job summary

Sonicboom Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Car Park Operations Supervisor in Kuala Lumpur to supervise day-to-day site activities, assign support staff, and ensure continuous operations across a network of car park sites. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in car park operations, site operations, facilities operations, technical support, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of technology, equipment, car park systems, and operational procedures. Hands-on technical practice/experience is an added advantage.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong communication, coordination, observation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage daily operational activities effectively

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of assigned car park sites
• Assign Car Park Operations Support personnel to ensure continuous site operations with minimal downtime
• Assign and monitor routine inspections and checks of car park assets, equipment, facilities, and operational systems
• Ensure car park systems, boom gates, payment systems, and related equipment remain operational and are properly maintained
• Monitor site conditions and ensure the car park is maintained in a safe, orderly, and operational condition
• Supervise the movement and parking of vehicles to ensure safe and orderly operations
• Monitor and report equipment breakdowns, system errors, payment issues, safety concerns, and other operational problems
• Coordinate with the Head of Project and relevant technical or maintenance teams to resolve operational issues
• Ensure employees follow established operational procedures, safety requirements, and work instructions
• Provide updates and reports on site operations, incidents, equipment conditions, and operational issues
