Based in Penang, the role involves managing day-to-day operations, staff coaching, and market research while traveling across assigned regions. Immediate joining is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any field.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written & spoken).
• Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day car park operations.
• Support daily operations activities.
• Sustain the car park’s and staff image.
• Monitor manpower planning and allocation for the relevant car park.
• Coach staff on performance regularly.
• Provide on-the-job training on people management & customer service.
• Ensure service delivered to customers meets expectations.
• Build rapport with Landlord/Building Manager/Customer.
• Conduct market research and explore business opportunities.
• Prepare monthly and weekly reports.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Job description

Managing and overseeing the day-to-day car park operations.

Supporting daily operations activities.

Sustain and ensure car park’s and staff image.

Monitor and conduct manpower planning and allocation for the relevant car park.

Effectively coach staff on their performance on a regular basis.

On-the job training on people management & customer service skills.

Ensure service delivered to customers meets expectations.

Building good rapport with Landlord/Building Manager/Customer.

To conduct market research and to explore business opportunities.

Prepare monthly report and weekly report.

Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any field.

Be able to communicate well in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (Written & Speaking).

Computer literal especially in Microsoft Office.

Preferably candidate with 2 years supervisory experience (e.g. handling a team of at least 5 staff / F&B or retail outlet).

Applicants must possess own transportation and having valid driving license (B2/D).

Require travelling heavily within the assign region/locations.

Able to work under pressure and multitasking.

Self-motivated and good attitude.

Availability to join immediately.
