Central Plaza I-City Real Estate Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Car Park Manager to implement SOPs, oversee traffic flow, and manage car park systems within the mall complex in Selangor, Malaysia.
The role requires supervising a small team, coordinating with maintenance and security, and ensuring policy compliance across vendors and contractors. You will handle season passes, reporting, scheduling, staff grooming, and tenancy relations, while maintaining high service standards and safety procedures.
To ensure car park standard operating procedures are implemented.
To ensure that traffic flows smoothly for entry, exit, and car park areas.
To be responsible for operating and controlling car park management systems.
To carry out the weekly meeting with the team.
To ensure all activities conducted by vendors and contractors within the car park are in compliance with company policy and procedures.
Attend to routine inquiries, correspondence, and carry out general administrative duties.
Coordinate and work with maintenance and security personnel regarding all matters related to the car park.
To handle season pass applications and records.
To ensure collections reports are verified and submitted daily.
To ensure that the daily, weekly, and monthly reports are prepared, completed, verified, and submitted.
To plan a monthly schedule for all staff members, keep track of their attendance, and manage overtime claims.
To supervise and ensure the proper conduct of staff, which includes proper attire, grooming, and a pleasant personality.
To train and assess the performance of Car Park staff.
Establish and keep good connections with the mall's tenants and occupants.
To ensure all complaints are properly handled and reported immediately to the Manager, Car Park.
To attend to all accidents and incident happen in the car park area.
Perform job duties and special assignments instructed by the Manager, Car Park.
Job Requirements:-
Minimum SPM/STPM/Certificate or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in shopping centre management or relevant industry experience.
Ability to work unsupervised and within a small team.
PC literate especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc), knowledge in the operations of car park systems & equipment.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – including relationship building.
Hands-on & results-oriented.
