Job summary

TIMES24 MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. invites motivated interns to gain hands-on experience in daily parking operations, staff coordination, and parking management systems.

You will assist in supervising attendants, maintaining safety, and preparing reports for the Finance Department. Requirements include a Diploma in Business Administration or related field, basic MS Office, and a valid B2 driving license. The program runs 3–6 months with shift work, weekends and public holidays, and may lead to permanent

• Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Must possess B2 driving license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the parking facility.
• Supervise and coordinate duties of parking attendants.
• Perform routine checks on car park equipment and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Support report preparation for the Finance Department.
• Escalate customer inquiries regarding payments or tickets; ensure safe and smooth traffic flow.
• Conduct on-site patrols for safety and report defects.

Job description

Daily Operations Oversight:Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the parking facility, ensuring smooth traffic flow and optimal space utilization.

Staff Coordination:Help supervise and coordinate the duties of parking attendants to ensure high service standards and policy compliance.

System & Equipment Monitoring:Perform routine checks on car park equipment and troubleshoot minor technical issues.

Revenue & Reporting:Support the manual collection and prepare accurate reports for the Finance Department.

Customer Service Leadership:Act as an escalation point for customer inquiries or complaints regarding cashless payments, lost tickets, or technical difficulties.

Site Inspections & Safety:Conduct regular patrols to identify maintenance defects, safety hazards, on site quality control or unauthorized vehicle access and report them to management.

Gain proficiency in Parking Management Systemsand automated payment systems.

Develop leadership skills by managing schedules, duty rosters, and on-site staff training.

Understand data analytics for parking trends, such as occupancy rates and peak-hour revenue optimization.

3. Requirements & Qualifications

Education:min Diploma of Business Administration, Operations, Facilities Management, or a related field.

Technical Skills:basic Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoints).

Soft Skills:Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure (e.g., during traffic gridlock), and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Physical Stamina:Ability to perform on-site patrols and work in varying weather conditions if necessary.

4. Internship & Other Details

Duration:3–6 months.

Work Schedule:shift works, able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Must possess B2 driving license

Allowance Provided:-
Degree - RM1,500 per month
