Job summary

VIVA MALL & VIVATEL MANAGEMENT CORPORATION is seeking a dedicated Car Park Staff in Kuala Lumpur to run cashless parking operations and ensure a safe, smooth experience for visitors.

You will monitor entry/exit, operate cashless payment systems, assist patrons, and conduct regular facility checks. 24-hour shifts, including nights and holidays, are required. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Prior car park operations experience.
• Familiar with cashless car park systems.
• Experience with Entech system is an added advantage.
• Willing to work in shifts (24-hour rotating roster).
• Honest, disciplined, and able to work independently.

We are a shopping mall catering to office tenants, foreign tourists, and niche retail experiences. We are looking for a dedicated Car Park Staff to run our cashless parking operations and ensure a safe, smooth experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage car park entry/exit operations

Operate the car park's cashless payment system

Operate car park systems (Entech system) efficiently

Assist customers, tenants, and tourists with parking-related inquiries

Conduct regular checks on parking facilities and equipment

Report any technical faults or incidents to supervisor

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the car park area

Willing to work on a shift basis (including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays) due to 24-hour operations

Requirements:

Minimum SPM or equivalent

Prior experience in car park operations is required

Familiarity with cashless car park systems (our car park currently operates on a fully cashless mode)

Experience with Entech system is an added advantage

Willing to work in shifts (24-hour rotating roster)

Honest, disciplined, and able to work independently

Availability: Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.
