Responsibilities

• Ensure the mechanical car park system operates smoothly and safely at all times.
• Carry out routine cleaning of sensors and related equipment to prevent disruptions.
• Assist vehicle owners during parking and retrieval when required.
• Respond promptly to system breakdowns, jams, lifter faults, sensor issues and other problems.
• Perform system resets and basic troubleshooting as needed.
• Carry out monthly Preventive Maintenance according to the PM checklist.

Mechanical Car Park Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a hands‑on and responsible Mechanical Car Park Maintenance Technician to support the daily operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our automated/mechanical car park system.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the mechanical car park system operates smoothly and safely at all times
• Carry out routine cleaning of sensors and related equipment to prevent operational interruptions
• Assist vehicle owners during parking and vehicle retrieval when required
• Respond promptly to system breakdowns, platform jams, lifter faults, sensor issues, and other operational problems
• Perform system resets and basic troubleshooting when necessary
• Carry out monthly Preventive Maintenance (PM) according to the approved PM checklist
• Perform routine inspection, servicing, maintenance, and repair work as instructed by the Engineer
• Identify and report abnormalities, defects, unusual noises, equipment failures, or safety concerns
• Maintain proper records of preventive maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, and corrective actions
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and service vendors when technical support is required

About you

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Building Services, or a related technical field
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, facility maintenance, automated machinery, or mechanical parking systems
• Experience with automated/mechanical car park systems will be an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, motor, sensor, and control systems
• Able to carry out basic troubleshooting and identify equipment faults
• Able to understand technical manuals, wiring diagrams, drawings, and schematics
• Relevant electrical, mechanical, machinery, or workplace safety certification will be an added advantage
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications and good practical skills are encouraged to apply
