Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Business Architect / Business Analyst to join our Technology Solutions (Cards) team. You will contribute to a major re-platform across regions, shaping strategic visions for cards management processes and systems.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Ideal candidates will have experience with card lifecycle domains, agile delivery, and SDLC, plus familiarity with API-driven, cloud-based architectures and cross-functional collaboration with

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain understanding of card lifecycle across regions.
Design end-to-end card lifecycle processes, architectures, data flows, and interfaces.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into user stories and specs.
Support modernization and automation of business processes.
