Job summary

OCBC is seeking a skilled Business Architect / Business Analyst to expand Internet/Mobile Banking and real-time payment platforms. You will model end-to-end customer journeys, document data flows, and collaborate across channels, product, and operations to prioritize STP enhancements.

Ideal candidates bring experience in digital banking, knowledge of payments (GIRO, TT, RENTAS), and strong analytical skills with a track record in Agile/SCRUM and SDLC practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital banking processes and customer journeys.
• Strong analytical skills with stakeholder consensus ability.
• Knowledge of payments like GIRO, TT, RENTAS is a plus.
