Job summary

OCBC Group Malaysia is seeking a Regional Business Architect / Business Analyst to expand Internet Banking and Mobile Banking systems and payment services like Real-Time Retail Payment Platform and GIRO. You will analyze processes, design end-to-end service fulfilment, and collaborate with stakeholders from channel to back-office.

The role requires strong business analysis skills, knowledge of payments, and experience with agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end banking digital channels and payments.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering.
• Hands-on with agile/SCRUM delivery and SDLC.
• Ability to model and optimize business processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze opportunities for process improvement across Internet and Mobile Banking and payments.
• Design end-to-end customer service fulfilment and data flows.
• Collaborate with product managers, operations, and tech teams to translate requirements into user stories.
• Prioritize system enhancements and new features based on regional needs.
• Provide guidance to BA and development teams through implementation lifecycle.
