Job summary

OCBC is looking for a leader to manage the end-to-end technology delivery and ownership of all Cards systems. This role involves stakeholder management across Malaysia and Singapore, guiding a multi-disciplinary engineering team, and ensuring compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Candidates should have a strong background in card systems, Java, microservices, and vendor management. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cards issuing, authorization, interchange, scheme interfaces, settlement, and rewards.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and deliver complex transformation programs.
• Understanding of PCI-DSS, card scheme mandates, and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full Cards technology stack and roadmap.
• Drive transformation from legacy systems to API-based microservices.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team for delivering projects.

Skills

Knowledge of cards issuing and authorization

Engineering background in Java and APIs

Experience with high-throughput platforms

Familiarity with DevSecOps and cloud principles
