OCBC is seeking a skilled Business Architect / Business Analyst to lead the re-platform implementation for the Cards Management System across regions. The role collaborates with business Leaders, product managers, and technology teams to shape strategic vision for card processes and systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, plus understanding of card lifecycle and experience in digital banking initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong business analysis capability with stakeholder consensus skills.
• Knowledge of consumer and corporate cards lifecycle is a plus.
• Experience with agile/SCRUM delivery and digital initiatives is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of card lifecycle across regions.
• Design and document end-to-end card lifecycle processes and architecture diagrams.
• Translate regional requirements into user stories and functional specs.
