Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking a Business Architect / Business Analyst for Technology Solutions (Cards) to lead its regional re-platforming of the Cards Management System. You will define strategic vision for card lifecycle processes, model end-to-end workflows, and collaborate with business leaders, product owners and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions across regions.

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of consumer and corporate card lifecycles and related processes.
Experience documenting business processes, data flows and architectures.
Ability to translate regional requirements into clear specs and user stories.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the card lifecycle understanding across regions.
Design end-to-end card lifecycle processes and architecture diagrams.
Collaborate with business leaders and PMs to translate requirements into specs.
Work with Cards vendor and tech teams to align implementations with best practices.
Perform impact analysis and feasibility studies to propose improvements.
Identify optimization opportunities in existing processes and systems.
Guide business analysts and dev teams across project phases.
Stay updated on industry trends, modernization, and automation.
